This is probably the best thing that could have happened yesterday, since it opens up an at-large spot. Outside of K-State losing twice, this is our best path to a BCS bowl. I would think a 10-2 OU would be pretty attractive to the Sugar Bowl. That would salvage the season pretty nicely IMO.

I watched most of the SDSU/Boise St game, and Boise finally looked like what they truly are...mediocore. Their stadium looks like a high school stadium.

I'll have more respect for BSU when they step up their schedule and get a green field. It just seems like some things should be standard in the game - size/color of football, goal posts, etc., including the field. I can't think of anything more gimmicky than that field. And it almost seems unfair. I've tried to watch some of their games and, at least on TV, their players seem to blend in with the field. I've always thought it must be hard for opposing qb's to see the db's down field.
