was the only thing preventing me from grabbing a needle from the phlebotomist, AKA... Butcher Woman, and jabbing her with it after she dug the hell out of 3 patients in a rows arms. I am so bruised I can't even move my left arm. If you know a highschool dropout, they have special programs.

More like a drama.Yeah, she was that too. She told this one lady that she needed to stop drinking caffeine. Her daughter told the phlebotomist that her mom swore caffeine off 6 years ago when she got reflux. This is the 1st time anyone has ever had a problem drawing my blood.

I say they should use former heroin addicts to draw blood. They would find a vein on first try.
