it seemed to me that the first 3 games this season, we had offensive coordinator A. Then after the K-State loss, offensive coordinator B came in and said to hell with it, lets open the entire playbook and smash people. Then, for some reason, offensive coordinator A came back to work for Notre Dame. Seemed like a simplified offensive gameplan, no screens, no creativity. They were giving us the underneath stuff all night....yet we would attack it for a minute then choose to run. ? I dunno...just seemed like we were out-coached...yet again. It seems to me that we are confused on what kind of offense we are...or want to be. We can't seem to make up our mind on what we want to do. It is getting old.

I seriously don't think the Domers are a better football team. If we played on a neutral site 10 times, I think we win 7-8 out of 10.

ND couldn't stop the fast attack all night. But nah lets get cute inside the 30 or try to run in on first and second down all night long.

It's okay to admit we got run over by a better team. It happens, you know. Alabama would've done the same thing and I'll bet people would just bite their tongue and get over it. We're good, but not MNC-great this year. Play calling doesn't make you more physical than ND. Rushing stats from last night tell it all.

Once you get inside they 30 the corners don't give you a 15 yard cushion, it's much easier to move the ball when you are getting that kind of cushion.

Yeah, play calling always sucks when the other team tackles every thing they touch.

Hate the domers, but they can freaking wrap up.

Texas sucking like a porn star and powder puff Kansas didn't really prepare us for a real defense. Did we really think Millard would run 60 yards down the sideline while the defenders did cartwheels, round offs and forward rolls against Notre Dame?

Notre Dame had probably the best tackling team i think i have seen in many, many years; im pretty sure that the first guy made the tackle on almost every play last night, or at least it seemed like it

Let's quit riding ND's jock. They ain't that good and we obviously aren't either. Heupel's play calling last night was brutal. Just brutal. I like Heupel and think he has done a good job as OC. Early season woes were due to Landry and not to him. However, I don't know what he was smoking last night. Some of his calls were on and LJ just missed the throw or the ball was dropped, but my God man, just forget about the running game. Use the pass to open the run. Sometimes, certain games require that.

On the other side of the ball, I'm not sure what Mike Stoops can do when a 7 man blitz can't get through a 4 and 5 man front.

Bottom line - 15 yards running the ball.

We did absolutely nothing to get the LB's out of the box. Not one pass to at TE.

A spread-like passing attack with a power running game and O-line splits is not in sync. If you want a power running game, then you have to use the TE and RB's in the pass game to get the LB's out of the box. And, that doesn't mean check downs in the flats.

At the end of the day, lack of an effective ground game got us beat against a very good defense.
