It should NOT be pitch dark at 7am. I woke up and thought for a second that it was 7 PM and I was missing the start of the game. This insanity must be repealed.

Hawaii doesn't have it and I wish it did.

In the Summer there's about 15 minutes of dusk and then it's dark at 7:30.

Yup, we still only gonna have 10 hours or so of Daylight in the winter. Dont matter what time ya set yer clocks to.

It's amazing how it doesn't stay that way though. Global Warming?

I really don't mind setting the clocks back an hour, because I feel like I sleep a little more. But, in general, I don't like it.

daylight savings=spring forward

standard time=fall back

standard time is the best.

It used to be a nice long evening closing down a bar or a mad rush to the liquor store to cover that extra hour when we would lose that all precious hour.....lol

It's sometimes even better than a trip south of El Paso. :D

Didn't it start out as "War Time" to get extra production?

Farmers hate it, messes up milking, supposedly. People playing out of doors love it more timein the sun, supposedly...

I hate it being dark when I leave work and dawn occurring around 4:30 AM in the winter, I would prefer to stay in DST mode year round.

I'd probably go this way, too. I guess the darkness in the mornings is more of an overall liability, though. Kids going to school, etc.

The real problem is just the lack of daylight at this time of year in general, that's what we need to work on.

I miss most of them 'cause I'm on the east side.

Nice sunrises and moonrises tho.

Lack of daylight hours = suck.
So we have a choice between driving to work in the dark or driving home from work in the dark. Meh

You people understand that, regardless of what the clock says, the amount of daylight time/night hours doesn't change right?

You should only have gotten an "extra" hour on the night you rolled your clock back which should've been Saturday night.
