I know we're supposed to root for jawja in the Cocktail Party this week, but is there any chance they could jump us if they win? Is it better if Fla stays unbeaten until the SEC champ game?

ESPN believes it can be figured out via a paint by numbers game.

Highly unlikely it matters. I don't think anyone (outside the SEC) wants to see 2 teams from the same conference matched-up again. Odds are SEC champ gets 1 slot, so pull for whoever you like.

this... and other than 2007 season, the BCS has never screwed OU. OU screws itself first :(

Mel Kiper saying he thinks the dawgs are a more talented Team and both he and Todd McShay seem to be leaning towards Georgia putting it together and making a mess out of the SEC East Division.

Are they right? I don't know. phlorida seems to be on a roll and the dawgs make a lot of mistakes.

Guess we'll see.

We're gonna find out, because I think UGA beats Florida this weekend. If OU were playing KU or ISU this weekend, then I think the Dawgs might stand a chance at jumping us, but a win over the #5 team in the BCS will be too much for them to overcome. I almost expect us to jump LSU with a win over ND.

UGA and USCe are such chump teams, it's hard to ever pick them. USCe let UF put 44 pts on the board on 183 yds of offense and UGA is fully capable of repeating that.

But I agree UGA is more talented.

Well I'm parking my happy butt on the sofa tomorrow afternoon and keeping an eye on the Tech-KSU game while rooting for the Dawgs. I have a good friend who's a rabid Georgia fan and I'm sure I'll get texts from her throughout. Then, I'm a gonna put a pot of chili on and GO SOONERS.

You can root for Georgia...

but they're still gonna be Georgia.
