Apparently the players are starting a movement to make this a "White OUT" in the stadium! What say you?!

How about a Red Out?

just saw that Jefferson tweeted how awesome if the fans "whited out" the staduim, then Landry was asking in the presser about it and he thought it would be "sweet" and would definitely bring more hype than is already there, now the players are hoping it spreads to the fans, so here we are!

I'll bring up the same thing they are talking about on LT. Since the temp is supposed to be in the 40's, how many people have white coats? Well, other than the pimps, that is.

Keep in mind that depending on how much the drum major likes football compared with just musical directing the band may end up playing "Boomer Sooner" after an incomplete pass, as we prepare to punt, after giving up major yardage to the other team... as one of our players is down injured :(

So, if the band is the only OU group wearing not white in the crowd... well, yknow :(

Crimson = Home, White = Road. Like their enthusiasm, but it's gonna be cold and we'll be wearing Crimson coats, sorry guys.

A crowd full of pimps sounds fantastic.

I don't have a ticket, but if I were going I sure as heck would be wearing my crimson OU jacket.

Please no white.

Kenny Mossman said "it won't be a white out, but we do have a plan that will be out later today."

Whiteouts, Blackouts, Redouts, whatever. Those don't actually happen and look good on TV unless they put clothes on the seats at the stadium beforehand. I think the only time it's worked organically has been in hockey, in Calgary and Vancouver back when the home team wore whites.

With that said, let's have Castiglione buy 85,000 white ponchos and make that a terrifying sight.

Just trying to find a heavyweight, white hooded sweatshirt with nothing on it is difficult, even in DFW. I've been calling around.

This was my thought as wella red uni would blend in lots better than white, under normal circumstances. I believe the KISS philosophy would serve us best, in addition to "who has a white coat/jacket? Not many, would be my guess.

I think it would be cool. Never seen that in Norman before. Not going to be there this weekend, but if I was I'd be wearing white.

I suggest camouflage uni's for a more stealth profile. Think of the advantage of the players looking like turf and the fans looking like seats. The Domers would never knew what hit them.

A bunch of people wearing sheets? Somehow that doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

All fans sitting in an even numbered section are encouraged to wear red; odd sections are encourage to wear white. All students dressed in red. Free rally towels passed out at the gate. Go to Soonerfans.com about this.
