Ah, that's pretty likely. I was applying to college at that same general time frame and 'diversity' was highly prized. I could legitimately list 'Cherokee' and you'd have thought the admission deans were going to jizz in their pants. A buddy's mom was born in Iceland, so he listed 'Icelandic Native' and got loads of 'extra admission' points at UCLA.

I was saying that many of the big military contractors wouldn't exist without government contracts as there wouldn't be a market. On solar, it is completely true that the industry wouldn't exist without government subsidies. Pretty much every government that has a solar industry has to support it as it isn't economic otherwise. Who's a campaign finance law expert? Is Trump allowed to donate on Obama's behalf during an election? So long as the donation is not to Obama's campaign, can it be any amount to anyone on a presidential candidate's behalf?

Trump's twin gets court transcript released; however the judge refused to lift the gag order on the angry ex-wife.

Gloria is apparently pissed that she won't be able to hog the spotlight as much as she'd hoped.



Mitt Romney's testimony in his friend's divorce case -- in which he's accused of lying under oath to screw over his friend's ex-wife -- will be unsealed today and released to the Boston Globe ... the judge has ruled.

As we first reported, Mitt testified in the divorce of Staples' founder Tom Stemberg -- and Tom's ex-wife Maureen claims Mitt lied under oath, falsely undervaluing Staples' stock in order to shaft her in the divorce.

Mitt's people have already said the Presidential hopeful doesn't care if the testimony is released -- he has nothing to hide.

Things didn't fare so well for Gloria Allred -- her request to ungag her client was shut down by the hot judge ... because Gloria never submitted an official motion to the court.

Gloria was grasping at straws in a last ditch effort to get the judge to cut her a break -- but she was shot down, hard.
