I don't know if they still do that but according to Jay O'Neal who was on the Crimson Classic show, they did that before the game in 1956. He said it made the Coach upset, and said that he hardly ever got upset about anything. The domers ran onto the field last and were jumping through and over our players when they were warming up. The band was playing our alma mater too and they ran right through them as well. Coach Wilkerson expressed his disdain to the players about it at half time in the locker room.He said "It was great disrespect."

Also, about 4 years ago or so another team we played insisted on coming onto Owen Field last as well. I don't remember what team it was but I was there. :D

I hope we don't let the domers do that this Saturday like we did that other team.

I don't think that anyone should dictate what happens at our stadium either. Not that this may alter the pregame sequence we have, just the audacity of it rings a harsh sounding bell. ;)

I dont care who runs ON the field 1st or last ,Just that the domers are drag assin OFF the field at the end of the game
