Hell, if we can do that, let's petition them to bedowngrade DKR's capacity, lower the payout for LHR, and make all UT alums attend the RRS beatings... we can take capacity from DKR and stick it on the Cotton Bowl to make it happen. That's how it works, right? It's just addition and subtraction! :P
