That's the best kind of texas fan!

Think about it, they've been watching their team suck against ranked teams for the past couple of year, and just got (what appears to be a regular) *** whipping by their biggest rival. The entire time their coach acts like things are getting better, and he has won a national title, so it's even harder to get him out. Absolute perfection!

Whatever became of that guy?

Mack is looking old and worn. The horns are playing like crap. I wasn't as happy with this win. I didn't even pee on anything.

Did I hear the stat right? A guy on Fox said Texas has dropped their last 9 games against Top 20 opponents?

That's a pretty damning stat.

I remember driving through parking lot 14 this morning and the Short-Horn fans already parked sitting by their cars would see us in our crimson colored clothing in cars passing them and they were obviously wasted already at 9am and taunting us as we drove by. Then after the game as me and my buds were walking back to our cars, they drove by (because they left the game a lot earlier, LMFAO!) they WEAKLY tried the same smack talk and we just laughed at them, LMAO!

That's okay. They'll live.

P.S. Move along. Nothing to see here. Move along.

As much as I hate *, I hope Mack stays there as long as Bob stays here.

I have never, ever seen more dejected Texas fans in my life....they were soooo disappointed ....we lulled their sorry as*es into smug confidence with our incredible bad play in the first 3 games. They prolly thought the sandaggies aren't a worthy opponent, really, and OU played its very best against them. Tx prolly dosen't even run wind sprints. They looked pretty gassed and lethargic most all the time. But hey, Mack is a good coach, and he'll bring them back...

Texas fans are the biggest sh*t talkers. I ran into some after the game as well talking sh*t. I also noticed that there was more drunk Texas fans than usual this year.

Was it obvious to those at the game that the orange bloods were filing out of the stadium early?
The TV showed a scene of orange clad fans leaving the front gate of the Cotton Bowl and said something like, "Seems like they are bailing early, or maybe they're just going to get something fried to eat." It made me laugh.

Early hell, it wasn't even halftime when ABC showed those worthless fans leaving in droves.

A lot did come back after half time though, although I was kind of disappointed in the post game atmosphere, it was just sullen and boring, from both tejas and OU fans, but as usual the scenery was superb!

I would love to see the clip of Stoops laughing at Mack for calling that last timeout so he could score more garbage points. Anyone have that one?

Ummmm....you have the girl. Your Team is done and you are sitting there with a bunch of empty seats and garbage. Priceless.

I just got home. What a great weekend. Took my grandson to his first OU game ever. Taught him horns down, and when to use it. He knows to stand and make noise when the D is out there. We're both a little hoarse.

And when Damien Williams scored on his long run I leaned into him and said, "You should witnessed history."

This was after Texas scored at the end of the game.

He's 8. And when I turned the light off last night he turned to me and said, "You're the best Papa ever." That kid knows how to choke me up.

The thing that seems to be bothering them the most is that we pity them. So I'm going to be very nice and not say anything other than you've suffered enough.

Awesome. The day my Son and I went to Fan Day and got to run all over the place...including him playing a little football on the Field he told me "This is the best day of my life!". Feels good huh?

Agreed. My boy and I went to the KSU Game and even though we lost and he understood that we lost....he treated it like it was the most special day of his life. I love going to Games with him. It's something you hope that you'll do with your Son when he's born but I had no idea he would take to it like I did. You just never know if they'll choose getting in the car with you for a 200+mile round trip to see The Sooners over other things but he loves going to Norman with me and we always have a great time Win or lose...but it's awesome to be fans of a Team that wins a lot. :D

I was suprised by how many stuck around into the evening with a beatdown like that, but the vast majority that were still around after the game were pretty hammered.

In the past when we've won I've noticed only the younger Texas frat types still hang around the West End. They get drunk and actually sing songs in the bar making fun of OU.
I remember this in '02 and I got right in the middle of them and made a masturbatory gesture at them.

I may have had a drink or two also.

Kids can get to you. My kid was about 8. We had gone to Six Flags during the day, then we went swimming that night. He was having a great time in the pool. He said, "How much fun can one kid have in a day Dad?"
