Nila Nila Kasitati out for the season

Left Guard Nila Kasitati is out for the season after suffering what appears to be a torn ACL against Texas Tech.

Coach Stoops said they are waiting on the MRI results, but by all indications, it's a torn ACL.

Another blow to an already injury riddled offensive line. Austin Woods and true Freshman Ty Darlington will fill in for Nila.

When I saw him go down and get help off the field, I told my wife he was gone for the year. I just remember reading on here -I believe it was- that a lot of times if a player hurts the acl but can walk off it is often more serious than if they can't. I had a bad feeling about it. Sucks for him!
