Many bring up the court appointments and executive orders. In the last 30 seconds of the video Alan Keyes brings up a good point....if Romney's policies are close to Obama's, what is the best way to ensure there is opposition to those policies? Would Gore or Kerry have passed Drug Benefit Plan and other gubment expanding policies with pubs controlling both houses? What would Romney be able to pass with no pub opposition?
