Tulsa World - OU-Tech time set for 2:30 p.m., TV network still not announced

No. 16 Oklahoma and Texas Tech will kick off at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 6 and the game will be broadcast on ABC or ESPN, it was announced Monday.
