U.S. Credit Downgrade??

I kept hearing snippets about a U.S. credit downgrade. But, no headlines anywhere.
But, it seems that it is only by one entity; and they blame Bernanke and QE3.
Will the others be soon to follow?

BTW, I've been in the financial industry for over 20 years, and have maybe heard of Egan-Jones one other time.

I think they are trying to drive a political outcome. The ratings agencies had be very careful because congress has a habit of outlawing things they do not like.
