It's only a matter of time until a bad call decides a game. It happens with the "regular" officials, and it'll happen to the replacements. The difference is that ESPN and the other media outlets will fuel the "this wouldn't happen with the regular officials" fire.

Personally, the officiating does seem to be worse, but maybe that's because it's always pointed out that the officials are just fill-ins for the regular crews.
