All it takes is cleaning up a few plays and we will be just fine. It's the first(ok, second) game of the season and the players just have jitters. We are playing a vanilla O. FAMU is underrated and will definitely win their league. They are a top 25 team for sure and need to be immediately upgraded to FBS status. And.... ok, I can't keep rehashing the excuses. On the bright side, A LOT of fans would love for their team to finish with "only" 3-4 losses. Our D looks like they belong in the top 5, based on 5 full quarters of play. Our O looks like they'd be lucky to be in the "Others receiving votes" category. I honestly do not think it would seem as bad if they would get rid of pre-season polls. It happens every year, with teams in the Top 25 being overrated. If teams aren't ranked starting out, it would be much easier to digest some of the games.

i'm pretty pleased with our recivers...there was a lot of talk about the recievers being a questino mark this year..i think they are gonna get better and better as the year goes on and they get more comfortable with LJ...running the ball has been pretty sweet too! we jsut need to shore up a few things, but we'll get there!!!
