TY Sunny yes I saw it and I cried...I moved to the farm house in the boondocks and have about 9kbps on dial up..according to my last dial up speed test..so trying to stream like i did the last few years with cable is not even able...actually to post here i have to hit refresh a dozen times now....to read the game from ya'll..i sit and bite my lip and hit REFRESH!!!... but thanks for pointing others who may have DSL or sat.... I was told I get sat. in the next year here!!!!!!!....:)

It's a rough day for the teams on the Front Range, CU lost to Sacramento State (I-AA/FCS) 30-28 in Boulder, Air Force lost to Michigan in Ann Arbor 31-25 and CSU is down to North Dakota State (I-AA/FCS) 22-7 with less than 5 minutes left in Fort Collins.

Sorry to be the wet blanket, but there is plenty of room for whining. We cannot start out games the way we have against this really crap competition. CAN NOT DO IT!

If we do in conference play we will get hammered. You did see K-State today I presume? We start out against them like we did against FAMU? We'll be lookin' up at 21-0. And that's no joke.

And I don't know what the coaches can do about getting Landry and the receivers on the same page out of the gates. I don't know that they have much of a choice but to hammer the ball on runs until everyone settles down. The problem with that is, the team hasn't been doing what it needs to do as far as OL is concerned in order to run it with anything resembling authority.

I know it is obvious, but the K-State game is crucial to the SEASON, not just for immediate won-loss. I think the game is going to define this team. We get beat up, and I can easily see us having another 5 loss season.

By way of example, I'll hold up Iowa State. They went down to Iowa City today and won on the road. (I know Iowa sucks, but to do that in that rivalry game is pretty big for the Cyclones. In fact, it's big enough in Iowa to lead to serious heat on Ferentz.) They will be geeked to beat OU this year after beating oSu last year. We start out slow there on the road, it could be a cold November indeed.

I am thrilled that we have two weeks to prepare for K-State. And I am even more thrilled that we'll have two weeks after that to prepare for Taco Tech on the road. We need that extra time BADLY.

We can actually stick to our game plan once we meet a formidable opponent. Then we won't have to worry about your individual stats and any post season or All-American trophies. "

Look at how many "supposed to win" teams lost today/tonight. UCLA just finished off Nebraska, UL-Monroe beat Arkansas in Fayetteville and CU and CSU lost to I-AA schools. If there are minimal injuries, it's a good win no matter how they looked.

Jefferson walked right up the ramp where FAMU comes on and off the field. It was some time after his injury and obviously the Coaches decided he wasn't needed for the rest of this game and he got the rest of the night off. With a week between the next game, I'd say there is absolutely no reason to worry about him being ready for Snideley Whiplash and his Mildcats.
