The singer for today's anthem is Jack Swanson--he's an opera student at OU.

Actually, the anthem will be sung by an OU opera student at each home game this year. My husband is singing at K-State and OSU.

Because the microphone cut out last season when he sang the anthem. The same thing happened to the guy who sang the anthem tonight, so they each get to sing at two games. They were the four singers chosen among everyone who auditioned.
