OU Game Streaming???

I found a site that says they will be streaming the game....but not confident with it....what is everyones experience with streaming feeds over the internet....Comcast in Houston not showing and I really don't feel like being sardined in at Crammps here in Houston (although it may come to that)

I've had a decent amount of luck streaming UFC events that were PPV but never tried an OU game. I had to try several of the sites before one actually worked. Maybe this one will work, This year I'm not buying the game so I will try to stream it.

I've never had success with sites like this. If you look at the description underneath it, it's just stock sports jabber. Justin.tv has always been my go to. but i doubt PPV will be streamed on justin.

You gotta make sure you seed and aren't a prick, though, and if it's not a major game it may be tough to get. But most big games Oklahoma is in get posted.

sorry....copied wrong link....the first row link when loading the video player trapped my home page even though I unchecked boxes when doing the d/l had about 15 porn and other various spam sites and locked my computer up....after doing a system restore and reload of norton, I am back up.....suggest anyone trying to d/l the video player from this site to think twice about it....

+1 that firstrowsports is absolutely the best chance of seeing any game on TV. And usually there's at least one pretty good feed.

However, I will note that they put up links for every game that's being broadcast anywhere, but it still requires that someone providing the feed link it up. My experience with PPV is they don't come through. So, yes, the link to the game is there, but it's very likely no one will come through with a viable feed. Definitely check, but don't get your hopes too high.

That said, any other game on TV that's *not* PPV will almost certainly be made available through firstrowsports. They are awesome.

I was setting the DVR this morning before leaving for Norman and noticed that Fox Sports South or one of those had it listed for tonight.

So maybe the PPV got picked up by Fox?

If I'm wrong sorry. It's just something I saw before I left.

Me and SoonerofAlabama thank you as well. I had no option to buy pay per view. When my 2 year servitude to Comcast is up in December I plan to look at those new non-contract providers and try to look at providers financially committed to the new Big 12 contract. I've also been with Dish and Directv. Always seems to be a game we have no choice but to miss, whoever the provider is. Internet still beats having to wait till the Sunday paper comes out to hope they published the score from yesterday. That took old school dedication and was very frustrating.

KSU has North Texas next week, so they should be closer to the top 10 when they come to Norman. I'm thinking like #5 vs #11, that would be a good match-up for ratings. However, Clemson and FSU are also playing that day, and if they stay unbeaten, they'll probably get the nod for Gameday. Either way, I'm thinking it'll be an ABC broadcast.

I will be recording the game on Monday 9/10 at 3 am on Fox Sports Central (331). I live in Orange County and my cable provider is COX.
