No. 4 Oklahoma used a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns to pull away from UTEP and win in its third consecutive season-opener, 24-7, Saturday evening at the Sun Bowl.Oklahoma's defense stifled the Miners, holding the UTEP offense scoreless. UTEP's Nathan Jeffery returned a blocked punt in the opening quarter to put the first and only points on the board for the Miners.
