#1 Almost intercepted , Used everytime a pass is tipped or just missed and a defender is anywhere close
#2 Growing up before our very eyes , Just heard that from Mushburger during the Bama Michigan game :excitement:

At some point he'll probably work both phrases into the same instance. "Kirk that pass was almost intercepted. This secondary is growing up before our very eyes."

"Big fella takes a backseat to nobody... growing up right before our very eyes and what a call by Coach (insert OC name here)."

I hate "wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide open!" The receiver is 3 inches ahead of the defender and he's considered "wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide open!"

I guess I'm the only one who is sick of hearing announcers talking about any team having 'swagger'. I knew I never wanted to ever hear that phrase ever again when they kept mentioned that Baylor didn't need to have that little bear cub on the sidelines any more because the team now had swagger 5 years ago.

Using "National Title Contender" as a negative when said contender is in the act of laying an egg against a lesser opponent.

Edit:

Also, any "Down South" colloquialism that Keith Jackson would use, and Mushburger currently throws out there... like nails on a chalkboard!!
