I was watching the OU/TTU game from 22 Nov 08 and thought if the stadium can do that for TTU why can't we do the same thing when the stoolwater gang arrives on Owen field. LETS MAKE IT ROCK AT NORMAN:emmersed: AND WATCH THE SOONERS ROLL THE SHEEPHERDERS!!!!!!!

After last year, I highly doubt there will be too many issues with trying to get the crowd amped up.

They don't play Jump anymore. I dont know why. The crowd seemed to like it, especially the older kids and students.

That's fine by me. . .that was a fairly special time. Still gives me chills to see the video. Hate to see it cheapened by the constant playing of Jump Around.

We stole it from the Badgers, so I don't think we should do it constantly. I'm all for bringing it back against the Pokes this year, though.

It's going to be hard to get the team and fans up for that one. Sure, you've got revenge on the mind... but TT had the revenge factor along with BIG 12 and BCS implications on the line. NTM, redemption for the Texas loss and TT was the 2nd ranked team in the country.
OSU will be slightly more than Baylor. Need the win, want the win, want revenge. Til we see how the season plays out, it's impossible to predict another OU/TT 2008 atmosphere.

It ain't the jump thing. It's the fact that we ran the ball between the tackles and played good defense.

That game is going to be plenty loud naturally based upon the fact that we had to play them twice in Stillwater and we got beat last year. People will be rabid.
