I'm not a big fan of her father for stealing the proceeds of his hit song away from the creators who trusted him and then exploiting his little girl when she was wanting to quit showbiz by talking her out of it. She grew up way too fast because of her parents greed. She was one very mixed up kid, always contradicting herself in interviews. Its not easy for a girl her age, especially someone who is in the spotlight so much to chop her hair off. Using her stardom in a positive way by donating her hair was a really nice thing to do.

Billy Ray worked his *** off back in the day. People can paint a story any way they want but I know for a fact he would stay after many of his concerts and sit on the end of the stage and sign autographs for fans. Now....I'm pretty sure all the roses, bras and panties went straight into the trash once he left but if you got a load of that stuff every night you performed...you wouldn't save them all and have them put in a frame to hang on your wall....lol

He taught her how to use her talent and how to deal with it. Lots of folks like her don't live past 28 years old. I'm betting she isn't to tore up about what her Father did for her.

Yep, I saw him at All Sports Stadium where the OKC 89ers played baseball. I think this was around the time he only had 2 CD's out. After he finished singing (on a stage behind the pitchers mound as I recall), he would run up to the edge of the stands on top of the dugout with fans (about 95% women) slapping hands with them. This went on about 30 minutes (when he was clearly through singing for the night) and it just started getting weird to me. It was like the longest encore in music history without any actual singing.

She didn't donate her hair. You have to cut off at least 10" to donate it, in most cases, and it can't be bleached. Not only has she bleached the **** out of her hair, but she cut it off in a chin-length bob less than a week before she got the Draco Malfoy cut. If she'd been donating her hair to charity, she would have cut it all at once, not done a bob first. I'm guessing the "cancer charity" rumors are a weak defense to all the negative feedback.
