Oklahoma defensive end R.J. Washington was named to the 2012 Ted Hendricks Defensive End of the Year Award preseason watch list by the Ted Hendricks Foundation on Monday.Washington owns 23 tackles, 5.5 sacks and five pass breakups for his career. The Fort Worth, Texas, native earned playing time in all 13 games for Oklahoma in 2012, while playing behind All-Big 12 ends Frank Alexander and Ronnell Lewis, both of whom are now on NFL rosters. Alexander was a finalist for the Hendricks Award last season.
