TRANSACTIONS
--Along with receiver Ryan Broyles, offensive tackle Jonathan Scott was removed from the non-football injury list and practiced for the first time Sunday.
A FEW SUNDAY OBSERVATIONS
--Stefan Logan, Ryan Broyles and Patrick Edwards – in that order – were back returning punts in special teams punting work.
Ronnell was on PUP also, couldn't find anything on him except a rumor that he too was good to go.
