For Okies, Homeland has them as well, but I haven't found a location yet with a roaster.

The Central Market Festival started Friday the 9th and runs until the 20th. Going down this coming weekend for mine. Not sure about the Whole Foods Hatch pepper deal but Central Market puts them in cheese, bread, hummus, hamburger patties, sausages and even gelato.

The Mrs. and I this past weekend roasted, "sucker bagged" and froze about 10 lbs of Hatch chilis for later. Yummm.

Oh, and Chuy's has their special Hatch menu items out now, I believe...
