Oklahoma quarterback Landry Jones was named to his fourth national award's preseason watch list Friday afternoon as Allstate Sugar Bowl announced its Big 12 quarterbacks on the Manning Award's watch list. Jones is one of just three finalists for the award last season to return in 2012 and Friday's announcement marks the third straight year that the Artesia, N.M., native has appeared on the preseason list.
