My AP Prediction:

1. USC
2. LSU
3. Bama
4. OU
5. Oregon

Now, MY preseason top 5:

1. LSU
2. OU
3. Bama
4. Oregon
5. Boise

As you can see, I don't think SC will be as good as advertised....

1) Alabama, why not, they shutout LSU.

2) USC

3) LSU

4) Oregon

5) Oklahoma

Look in the mirror and say we would beat any of those above 4 teams weeks 1 on a neutral site? I don't think we could. Hope we grow.

The AP also loves USC and they keep thinking this has got to be the Seminoles year.

Interesting....Looks like we all agree that the AP is buying all the SC hype. I happen to think that Kiffin is a decent coach, but I'm going with Oregon to win the PAC 12.

4. SEC
5. SEC

Oh wait, we're talking about PRE-season? Well, in THAT case...

1. Bammerham
2. Southern Cal
3. OU
4. LOSUr
5. Are tOSU or FSU any good? If not, another token ACC or Big Ten team that they have to vote in out of impartiality and fairness, but everyone knows they'll never win the title this season.

On a barely-related note, I miss the "You Make the Call" feature on TV broadcasts. I'd rather watch 20-25 of those in a row than watch 80% of what makes up a College Football Gameday presentation now.
