If their God's fav, then this must be about year 20 of their 40 years in the desert.

If this doesn't happen for them, they are really going to have to rethink some of their future affiliations. And even if it does, it is a rather tenuous agreement, dependent on a level of success that Notre Dame hasn't seen in a while, and isn't forecast to see in a further while.
