Just got back saturday, do you have a hotel? If so park there. Just saw wife alone, tell her to stay away from the north end of the quarter, too many bums. There are hotels and parking by the river off in front of the Westin. Nice hotel btw.

Don't park in the Quarter at all. "No Parking" is entirely subjective from the officer's point of view.

It's a long story that started off with a trip to the 2005 Orange Bowl.
