Not living in Oklahoma any longer, I've never even seen this course. Is it any good??
Starting bid is 250K - Seems like a good deal for almost any course I've ever played.

About the only way to make money from a golf course is if it has A LOT of developmental property to go with it...i.e: housing.

Yep. Indian Springs is not the best club in the Tulsa area but it's pretty nice.
