Kicker commit - Jack Steed (Katy, TX)

I've seen a kicker committed for this class for a couple of weeks, and now he's showing up as a scholarship commit. His name is Jack Steed from Katy, TX (Cinco Ranch HS). Anyone heard anything about this? I never saw an announcement on ESPN/SoonerNation. Did we sign him to a scholly, or what's the deal (if anyone knows)?

Couple of people at rivals is saying he is coming as a perferred walk-on. But they also said to not hold that against them. lol

So yeah, he isn't on a scholarship just yet. But will likely be after next year.
