Is the time in Afghanistan set forward by a half hour? It is 12:20 am May 26th in Dover and it is saying the time in Kabul is 8:51 AM May 26th. I have never seen a deviation in time like that. Or at least I don't remember it. Usually it is whole hours.

Yep, this backward country is off of the rest of the world by a half hour...

Even worse, sunrise was at 0443 this morning... So by 0420 it is already getting light.

Not fun when you have been up until 0100 the night before.
