I saw this on the NFL Network (i think) the other day and found it on Youtube.

The standing jump onto a platform (0:48) was impressive following knee surgury.

Looks like he's been hittin' the weights. Arms/shoulders/chest are huge. Looks pretty good and still plenty of time before the season starts. I think he'll be the same terrorizing beast he's always been.

His upper torso has gotten even bigger... the guy is a beast. I was most impressed with his vertical leap though!

My first thought was this is a reality show for former college Athletic Directors trying to get their life back. The way tv is going, I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen. Either they're trying to get sober or trying to get another job.

ACL surgery recovery is remarkable when compared to when Jason White had his last one almost 10 years ago. I think I remember hearing that it's (in Layman's terms) because they don't have to butcher the whole knee today to repair an ACL tear. Whatever the reason, it's great to see that no longer does a blown out knee end someone's career or severely hinder it. I was stunned that Ryan Reynolds had THREE surgeries and got right back out there after each one.
