Anyhow, we won last night 4-1 to even our Conf record to 8-8.

This KU team is horrid and we need to sweep their asses.

BTW, we scored 3 in the 5th and 3 in the 9th to take a 6-1 lead on KU.. T9

Move our conf record to 9-8 with an 8-2 win. Go for the sweep tomorrow.

Today's game 3 was Cancelled due to the weather. There is no plans on making it up.

Why couldn't we get a game against Baylor canceled?..lol nooo, KU..a crappy team. Dammit

Sorry guys....had drill this weekend and it was out of town. Although KU is a crappy team, its great to hear that they played well on Friday and Saturday.

I was in Lawrence for Sat's game and hoped to see the finale. It was raining all morning but I drove by the field about 10:30 AM and KU players were warming up. No sign of Sooners though. I asked some of the guest svcs staff if they were going to try to play and they said they said yes. Because it was raining, I didn't hang around & went to visit my grandson. We heard thunder from time to time but rain eventually stopped. When I started to leave Lawrence at about 2 PM, it wasn't raining & streets were dry. KU field was dark and everyone gone. I believe they could have played that game had they waited until 1:30 or 2:00 to start. Afterall, OSU played their game at KSU with start time at 1:00, I think it was.

We needed to play that third game to at least stay one behind OSU in the win column. I think we're now 2 behind and will pretty much have to sweep this coming weekend to get ahead of them.
