I have to pull lunch duty at the jr high where I teach one week out of three. So far, so good. But the duty teacher better always be aware. Thank goodness the duty teacher hadn't "forgot" about duty (like some teachers at my wife's high school tend to do), else we might be reading about a death. and Enid Schools would be in deep ____.

The picture makes you instantly feel bad for the kid but if you really look at it, he has a black eye and a bloody nose. I think there are to many rumors floating around as to what happened to really decide. The local paper says that after they bumped into each other the "victim" told the other guy (a marshall islander)to "go back to the islands". I've also heard that the "victim" was a known bully. I have no idea whether any of that is true which is why I will withhold judgement.
