OU vs. DBU SERIES NOTES
- OU leads the all-time series 21-5 after falling 7-6 on March 13 in Dallas, Texas. DBU has won 3 straight.
- OU had won six straight in the series before dropping two games in the series in 2011, including a 3-2 loss in 10 innings in the first round of the NCAA Fort Worth Regional.
- The two have met in eight of the last nine years. DBU’s two previous wins both came in Norman (9-3 in 2006 and 7-5 in 2004). OU won 14 straight games prior to the 2004 loss.
- 11 of the 26 games have been decided by three runs or less (OU, 7-4), including five one-run games split (DBU 3-2).

We ended up losing 8-2.

Yuck! Hopefully we don't get into another no-hitting slump.

Seems like the story with this team this year has been....when one thing breaks, everything else breaks along with it. The last two games has been filled with bad hitting, bad pitching, and bad defense. Hopefully the guys can rebound this weekend against KU.

I'm confused. I thought this team was a contender? They seem to lose to every decent squad they play.

This proves my point that there is 0 coverage of college baseball. I went to the Daily Okla and they had nothing on the game as well.

It's really hard for a newspaper to cover something that never happened. We played Tues and Weds but not Thurs. Game tonight in Lawrence. Yell at DOK if they don't cover tonight's game tomorrow.

OK. Fine. So OU loses game 1. But, what happened in game 2?

Just go to sooner sports. It shows us only playing Tuesday and Kansas today.
