Not only is Toby Keith here in Djibouti today, but a Major General (2 star) visited my office and asked who the OU fan was. I proudly announced that I was and found out he was from Nebraska. Now if I can only get Toby Keith to sign my OU flag that I have proudly displayed on the wall behind my desk my day will be complete. Four more months and I am home to watch OU on television in the US for over two years!!!! BOOMER SOONER!!!!!

Well the concert was great, I had my OU flag to show Toby that there were OU fans there, even though I was surrounded by soldiers from Texas National Guard. I actually got to talk to Toby about OU football, told a few jokes about texas, and then he signed my OU flag. Toby Keith is a great guy and I really appreciate the way he supports the troops. This is his 10th USO tour. I can't wait to be home to actually see OU football at a normal time and not at 2:30 in the morning. What a great day today turned out to be. BOOMER SOONER!!!!!
