Apparently he got his offer straight from the HMFIC himself, Bob Stoops.

Let's just hope we didn't wait too long to offer. If OU would've offered on junior day, he'd already be committed. Now, there's much more national interest.

His interest has never waivered. I would post what I have read on a pay site, but do not want to break their rules. But lets just say he hasnt waivered and that his HS coach says he is all OU!

Look for a commitment pretty soon from him.

If that's the case, great. But, from what I've read, he was ready to commit at junior day, but the offer never came. Now he has an offer, but no commitment yet. Something changed, or he would have committed immediately.

Ultimately, I think he'll be a Sooner...just a little later than I think we would have liked.

Stanvon Taylor had a video interview on rivals yesterday. His mom and him were decked out in OU Sooner gear.....

Rumors are he will commit by the end of the weekend.

This kid is a great ATH. I am a football coach and have seen first hand. Really excited for this kid. The Guthrie kid also a ATH is incredible. Oklahoma has a chance to have a great recruiting class
