Fact: If OU asked fans in certain sections to wear certain colors, everyone would still show up wearing whatever the eff they wanted, all in the name of "I paid for my ticket, I can wear whatever I want!"

First team in the soon-to-be Big 12/14/16- east division? I keep hearing scuttlebutt about Clemson and Fla St and sometimes Va Tech & Maryland.

I 'member they had a kind of squirrely looking baton twirling guy.

(Thought to myself: "Poor guys - just lost their coach - we're going to run these guys off of the field, and after all of that - they have this guy to fire them up pre-game.")

Poor us.

I have a feeling that this will be a very difficult match-up for us for years to come. Not really looking forward to those games.

They'll be a more than adequate stand-in for Nebraska.

And, come to think of it, with all their drug dealin', TCU will be a good Colorado.

Now, if we could just get, say, North Texas to stand in for TAMU and Ball State to play the role of Mizzou, we'd have the band back together.

I have a feeling that this will be a very difficult match-up for us for years to come. Not really looking forward to those games.

I agree with both of you. WVU is going to be a tough opponent, especially this year...first time, on the road. Scary.

Watching ESPN3 replay of the WVU spring game. No. 3 Bailey layed out to make a spectacular catch and later in the same drive caught two more, last for a TD.


Not going to watch the rest, past my bedtime. :)

Question: Has creepy dana ever beaten OU?

He was at OSU the year before last (OU wins) and Tech before that (OU wins).

EDIT: I take that back. Texas Tech beat us in 2007.

Yeah, it's a bit of a fer piece, but I think we'll find a lot of common ground. I have some fambly working in Morgantown right now, actually. It snowed on Monday. A November game up there might be fun at some point. Or just reeeeeaaaallllyyyyy cold. Hey, that's what the OVJ is for, keeps you warm on the inside, and happy on the outside, whatadeal!!!!
