Hes not only been arrested for something that happened 14 years ago, But hes Now lost his 18 year old Punanny :bull_head:

This other case took place in 1998? What happened to the 7 year statute of limitations? Not saying the guy should get away with this but still how can a 14 yr. old case be prosecuted? My limited knowledge of criminal law says only murder and treason fall outside the statute of limitations.
