I'm hearing more noise that it is Paul Ryan, the Wisconsin rep and and a darling of the conservatives without extra political baggage.

I'm thinking Rubio...Romney has a big problem with Latinos...women, too but
Rubio would deliver Florida and a lot of Latino votes....

Good idea. I bet the Latinos are tired of the two old white-haired men in Washington now.:eagerness:

Chuck, I read a piece on how Paul and Romney have become great friends. Paul would be an awesome pick for VEEP (IMO), but I fear he has too many detractors, I wouldn't be surprised if he is Treasury Secretary under Romney. Ryans would be a great grab for the Libertarians and fiscal conservatives to think about, but I think he may have too much bagagge as well. Rubio seems to be a "darling" and might just be the person.

My "baggage" comment is that the dims(including the Lame Street Media) will hate him and he will get lots of negative press. Otherwise, the guy is pretty clean.

I would bet just about anything that this will never happen.
