I think it probably has to do with the fact that Baylor is the top WBB program in the Big XII, Mulkey is one of the top coaches in the country, and she's from Texas?

Probably one of those things.

I dunno Sicem, she's SKELETOR for goodness sake. maybe Griner is a religious person, as well. (on top of the other reasons you gave as your analysis)
