What are you looking forward to?


1. A good performance by the WRs to make it look like hiring Mike was a mistake?
2. A good performance by the DBs to make it look like Mike was a great hire and we should fire Norvell?
3. A good performance by the LBs without Wort to make Kish look good? Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.


It seems the scrimmage is a lose-lose situation for OU and a win-win for venting SoonerFans. :)


I'm looking forward to an honest effort by the DBs whether they win the battle or not.

I always thing spring ball is only to address two things:

1. The new guys can get a feel for how practice looks/feels.

2. Gives the fans something to keep 'em hooked through the spring/early summer.

Otherwise, the only thing I hope for is no injuries.

Always a big fan of great dline play. Our Oline should be solid this year. I don't expect a huge dline kinda day.

Stoops said he worked his *** off this winter, and that he was the biggest guy on the team now.

I watched him in today's video (O line vs. D line), and he moves much better than last spring, but still has some work to do. The kid is just so much bigger than the defensive ends he'll face, that he has to learn to sit down and take 'em on better. Can't wait to see him play (Stoops mentioned he would see some action this season).

I'm watching video of favors on the edge and omg does that guy have a burst out of his stance. Don't know if he is an every down edge guy, but he is definitely showing that he can rush the passer out there.

Did he grow up his whole life in Texas? What he's doing looks like the way a sumo wrestler sucks the energy out of an opponent's charge. I wonder if he ever did any sumo as a kid.
