Giada's Chinese Turkey Salad

I watched Giada Saturday morning, when she made Chinese Turkey Salad. Looked great so I made it for dinner. Except I used whole chicken breast instead of turkey breast. Poached it in orange juice, soy sauce, and chicken broth.

Greens included romaine, iceberg, and napa cabbage.
Dressing included olive oil, OJ, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, maple (real) syrup. I'm going senile. I had to look up how to spell syrup. Toasted sesame seeds and slivered almonds. Maria and my son liked it a lot.
