This is a little bit of a random, drive by post, but we are moving back to Oklahoma and really want a GREAT inspector to inspect our home before we buy it. If anyone has any any recommendations, or has anyone that we should avoid, can you let me know (send a PM if you aren't comfortable putting names on the forum.

TIA.

May I ask who you're looking to buy it from? Is it by Owner or a new home?

I'm going through an agent, and she's fine, but going with the agent's recommended home inspector seems like a huge conflict of interest, so I wanted to find my own.

Get an inspector for each area, ex. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and so on. I have never seen a general home inspector that was qualified to give an opinion on the whole house. They will tell you they are, but believe otherwise.
