I am so sorry that I missed OU baseball's opening game on vBookie. Is this something you all would like to participate in? I'll gauge interest by doing a longterm vBookie event this week. Or you can leave feedback here.

OU play by play is a little....rocky. Wish OU hired a pbp man that was a baseball guy.

End of the 1st...Pepperdine 1 OU 0.....

OU gets 2 outs with the bases loaded. Pitching looks very shakey

Horrible, almost not worth listening.

Almost? Downright awful..... Only thing worse is Pepperdine's pick-a-student on the video broadcast! Watching in silence.

Does anyone have either OU's or Pepperdine's GameTracker feed working?

I don't normally participate in long term bets, but I would enjoy losing my v$$$ on biesbol.

I was thinking.

What if you did Series bets?

For instance:

OU @ Baylor:

OU wins 1 of 3: 1/2
OU wins 2 of 3: 1/1
OU sweeps: 5/2 or even 2/1

and versa-visa?

That way, you wouldn't have to track baseball as closely as basketball, and also you wouldn't have to make up lines, as I'd be surprised there is a place to find NCAABB lines, or have enough prior notice, if there are.

Does this make sense? Just brainstorming...

I like that idea...the only thing is that a lot of folks won't follow every series. My suggestion would be just do vbets on the big games this year, like OSU, Texas, Dallas Baptist, Texas A&M, etc.

Maybe throw in some other bets for these games like:
Texas @ OU

OU wins game off walk off homer, one Sooner pitcher strikes out 10 or more batters, one Sooner batter hits 2 or more homers in one game, one Sooner batter has 4 or more RBI's in one game, Sooners score 6 or more runs in one innining, etc.
