Socially liberal or socially libertarian? Keep in mind, there is a difference.

Do you mean advocating the legality of same sex marriage prohibits one from supporting balanced budgets?

Which party are you if you prefer able-bodied people who aren't willing to work to starve to death?

Not possible.
You're looking at one.
It's called the Constitution, it's a pretty cool document you should check out sometime. That whole "freedom and liberty" thing is rather nice.
Your imagination is lacking. Being financially responsible and conservatrive and being for personal liberty and freedom are in no way incompatible.

I think I may understand. I support smaller government, lower taxes, abhor social programs, yet believe abortion should be legal.
On the abortion issue, I cannot defend it on religious grounds, but don't believe the government can support all the illegitimate kids flooding our country.
I would support orphanages and poor houses.

what does that have to do with legislating morality?
What does this question mean? Aren't all laws based on morality? You have to make a moral judgement in order to make a law which enforces that moral stance in the jurisdiction of the law.

After being around this place for a decade I know I'm not changing anyone's mind and quite honestly I don't give a **** what anyone else thinks.

Social conservative = government in your personal business
fiscal conservative = government out of your business
Social liberal = government out of your personal business
fiscal liberal = government in your business
So to me, if you are a social and fiscal conservative, you are a hypocrite.
If you are a social and fiscal liberal, you are a hypocrite.
Only someone who is a fiscal conservative/social liberal or someone who is a social conservative/fiscal liberal are not hypocrites and are therefore not contradictory in their thinking.
I think the majority of independents or moderates are fiscal conservatives/ social liberal.
I think maybe those 2 are reversed...
