1. D.J. Ward
Defensive end, Lawton, 6-4, 235
The only junior on The Oklahoman's All-State first team, Ward's offer list includes OU, OSU, Arizona and Texas A&M.

2. Brayden Scott
Quarterback, Sequoyah-Tahlequah, 6-2, 195
Most impressive offer list so far, with Arizona State, Arkansas, Clemson, Missouri and Purdue among teams extending offers.

3. Stanvon Taylor
Wide receiver, Tulsa East Central, 5-11, 160
Might wind up on the defensive side at cornerback and already has an offer from Arkansas.

4. Rob Boyd
Offensive lineman, Vian, 6-4, 285
Big guard who had an impressive showing at OU camp last year picked up his first offer, from Tulsa, recently.

5. Devin Rolan
Linebacker, McAlester, 6-1, 220
Had 113 tackles, five sacks and an interception as a junior.

6. Darius Graham
Running back, Lawton MacArthur, 6-1, 220
Physical back had 1,492 yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground last year for the 5A runners-up.

7. Carlos Freeman
Offensive lineman, Midwest City, 6-3, 290
Breakout performance at U.S. Army All-American combine vaulted Freeman to wider prominence.

8. Heath Newland
Offensive lineman, Edmond North, 6-2, 285
Center still waiting for first offer but should see them roll in quickly soon.

9. Trey'Vonne Barr'e
Running back, Jenks, 5-10, 175
Stepping in for the injured Alex Ross this season, Barr'e showed he has the potential to become every bit the prospect Ross, who signed with OU, was.

10. Dalton Rodriguez
Defensive end, Tulsa Union, 6-6, 258
The 6A champion Redskins didn't have a top-line prospect in the class of 2012, but Rodriguez will be a prized prospect in 2013.

11. Kimmie Carson
Linebacker, Tulsa East Central, 6-2, 210
Versatile linebacker can drop back into coverage when needed and has blossomed in the last year.

12. Ben Oberste
Quarterback, Sallisaw, 6-2, 203
If he was an inch or two taller, Oberste would likely have offers from more than Tulsa, but is also athletic enough to be useful other places on the field if he's not at quarterback.

13. Khari Harding
Linebacker, Edmond Santa Fe, 6-1, 205His uncle, Rodney Harding, played for Oklahoma State before playing 12 years in the Canadian Football League.

14. Kendall Holmes
Running back, Tulsa Union, 5-11, 185
Appears to be back on track after off-the-field issues ended his junior season early.

15. Kerwin Thomas
Defensive back, Wagoner, 5-10, 160
While many teams avoided Kevin Peterson this year, Thomas made them pay when they tested him.

16. Cameron Wrenn
Running back, Broken Arrow, 5-11, 175
Split time in the Tigers' backfield but constantly found ways to make his presence felt, especially in the passing game.

17. Novis Cullom
Defensive tackle, Tulsa Memorial, 6-3, 290
Sort of like Michael Onuoha from this year's class, Cullom is a project player, but his frame and recent improvement suggest he could continue to skyrocket.

18. Devanta Johnson
Defensive back, Tulsa East Central, 6-0, 175
Recent transfer from Tulsa Central showed solid signs of progress throughout his junior season.

19. Kooper RuminerLinebacker, Deer Creek, 6-3, 215
Ruminer led the Antlers with 125 tackles and 10 sacks as a junior.

20. Jordan Smallwood
Wide receiver, Jenks, 6-2, 190
Doesn't have blazing speed, but his size makes his an attractive target.

21. Blake Mejia
Offensive lineman, Tulsa Union, 6-3, 280
Another prime example of Union's strong junior class, Mejia's stock could rise significantly.

22. Jaelen Bledsoe
Defensive end, Tulsa McLain, 6-3, 205
Bledsoe is another project type of player, but his potential is as high as anyone in the state.

23. Cre Moore
Defensive back, Broken Arrow, 6-0, 175
Might have been somewhat overshadowed sharing a backfield with Levi Copelin last season, but still made plenty of plays in his own right for 6A runners-up.

24. Trevan Smith
Defensive back, Edmond Santa Fe, 5-8, 170
Size is an issue for Smith but his bloodlines — he's the brother of former Santa Fe and OU standout Reggie Smith — and his versatility might lead programs to overlook his shortfalls.

25. James Caligone
Defensive back, Tulsa Washington, 5-10, 156
Saw time at quarterback for the Hornets last year, but figures to be a corner in college.

26. Wilson Chandler
Defensive back, Lawton, 6-0, 180
Could wind up at either corner or safety at the next level.

27. Corey Lawrence
Athlete, Del City, 6-1, 175
Another player with potential to skyrocket up the chart shortly, but he missed a big part of the season with injury.

28. Cornell Neal
Defensive back, Midwest City, 5-11, 190
Neal, who had 58 tackles and a pair of interceptions on defense and 349 yards and four touchdowns receiving for the Bombers, is physical enough to play a variety of positions.

29. Easton Pingleton
Athlete, Ada, 6-1, 180
Could wind up at either wide receiver or in the secondary in college but was primarily an offensive player last year, when he had 951 yards and eight touchdowns receiving.

30. Brock Byford
Linebacker, Edmond North, 6-1, 203
Byford had 83 tackles and a sack as a junior for the Huskies.

The 2013 State class is loaded. Sooners should do well.
