Waterboy is what I thought of when I read the article... I keed! Actually, sounds to me like he could be a raw talent like Ronnell Lewis. Lets just hope he has more than 8 games where he shines.

Love to see OU getting kids like Tapper. Some may have all the talent of the 5 star guys, but would never get a look from schools like UT or USC. He knows he needs to work hard and is honored to be a Sooner; 2 goods things going for him right there.

With the proliferation of spread offenses in the conference, a DE that can terrorize QB's would be very nice to have!

Charles Tapper is my pick for the sleeper in this class. He has the look of a big time pass rusher. Time will tell.
